I Will Make 100 Penguins

So penguins are really popular in picture books (like Salina Yoon's PENGUIN AND PINECONE series), but I love drawing them anyway. My critique group calls ourselves the Penguin Posse and they just have so much personality.

Jake Parker recently posted that artists and illustrators can greatly improve their craft if they commit to Design 100 Somethings. So I am going to continue drawing and sketching penguins until I end up with 100 of them.

    Sometimes, I think there are no good animals to draw since the cutest ones have been done so often. LOL!
