Working with Giuseppe Castellano's The Illustration Department. He gave me a portfolio critique and I reworked one of my old illustrations taking into account his feedback. His main comment was not to rely so much on an even thick outline.

Spent some time this week doing an online course on character development. Always good to keep honing my skills. The above was the exercise for doing emotions. Below some notes on aging characters and eyes.
I've been creative lately but haven't had time to post things. One of the things I'm doing is auditing Renée LaTulippe's awesome Lyrical Language Lab course. One of the lessons was the Trochee, and we were asked to write a caterpillar poem.
